1. What this site is

Velvet Ticino is an advertising directory. We host listings from independent adults offering companionship and massage services in Canton Ticino. The site is an advertising medium: it is not an agency, not an intermediary and not an employer.

2. We are not the employer

The people who publish a listing are self-employed. We do not hire them, do not direct them, do not set their rates, their hours or their limits, and receive no percentage of what they earn. The commercial relationship with Velvet Ticino concerns the publication of the advert and nothing else.

3. We neither arrange nor mediate meetings

Contact happens directly between the visitor and the advertiser, using the details published on the listing. We do not manage appointments, do not relay messages, do not collect payments and are not party to any agreement. What the parties agree between themselves is an agreement between consenting adults to which Velvet Ticino is a stranger.

4. Responsibility for content

Each advertiser is solely responsible for the text, photographs, videos, contact details and service information in their own listing. We verify the identity and age of those who publish and check that the photographs show the person in the advert, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every individual statement nor the outcome of any meeting.

5. You must be of age

Access to the site is restricted to those aged 18 or over. By entering you declare that you are of age, that you may lawfully access adult content where you are, and that you are doing so on your own initiative.

6. Zero tolerance

Velvet Ticino is squarely opposed to child abuse, human trafficking and every form of sexual violence or coercion. Everyone depicted on the site is an consenting adult. Any suspicion to the contrary results in immediate removal of the listing and, where the case requires it, a report to the competent authorities.

7. Own photographs only

You may publish only photographs and videos to which you hold the rights and which show you. Publishing someone else's images results in immediate suspension of the listing without refund, and the person depicted may ask us to remove them via the Contact page.

8. No defamation

Site content may not be used to damage anyone's reputation or dignity. Listings, photographs and reviews that identify, expose or denigrate a person are removed.

9. Third-party content and sites

The site contains links to third-party sites — partner venues, advertisers' personal sites, social profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their practices or their data processing.

10. Ownership of site content

The design, editorial text, trade mark and structure of velveticino.ch belong to the site operator and may not be copied, reproduced or exploited commercially without written permission. Listing photographs and text remain the property of their advertisers, who grant us a licence to publish them for the duration of the listing.

11. Paid services and local law

It is forbidden to advertise through this site any service that is unlawful where it is offered. In Switzerland sex work is a lawful, regulated activity; in Canton Ticino anyone practising it must be of age and must comply with the notification and authorisation obligations set by cantonal rules. Before publishing, it is the advertiser's responsibility to be compliant, consulting the competent cantonal office if necessary.

12. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove a listing, without refund, when it breaches these terms. A deactivated listing stops being reachable and its address answers 410 Gone; definitive erasure of data and files takes place within 72 hours of the request, as described in the privacy policy.

13. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page, with the date at the top, is the one in force.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

The relationship is governed by Swiss law. The competent forum is that of the site operator's seat, in Canton Ticino.
